A special yoga/sound therapy workshop is offered twice a year (fall and spring). Yin/Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga including stretching and meditation. Sound therapy allows the body to relax and release tension.
Cancellation Policy - A 24 hour notice is required for cancelling an appointment. If something comes up and you are not able to provide a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment, a $35 cancellation fee will be due. the cancellation fee must be paid prior to RESERVING any future appointments.
